Title: "Seacorn"

Myriam and I love seahorses. And unicorns. So we combined the two to create...a SEACORN!

This is a 6x10" print of my original ink illustration, which has been digitally colored.

This print is available at my Etsy shop:

Eee-hee-hee, very clever. :)

Love the texture! It reminds me of some of your screen printing (er, or was it monoprinting...? Sorry, I can't seem to remember...! *embarrassed*)...much love.

:) Very nice illustration/print! And colorful, cheerful coloring.

Ah, too bad it wasn't hand done ....

I don't understand...how are you trying to come across?

The outline bit was done by hand. The purpose of the drawing's simplicity is so that the design can be transferred to screen printing.

Thanks! The design will ultimately be transferred to screenprinting. =)

Just sad to see pointillism being done with a computer ... first drawing, then painting, and now pointillism. Did you see my t-shirt designs that I did by hand that transferred to screen printing just fine?

Dear Ms. Rojas,
You have given me quite a lot of material to work with here, but right off the top I'd like to say that I had no idea how easily offend you were. Had I known I would have chosen my words even more carefully than I did.
Your 'Seacorn' piece is more than decent, I was just lamenting the fact that you thought you could not do it by hand, and had to use a computer.
If you feel my work needs critiquing, and that your graduated knowledge that you have gained will help, by all means feel free to give your constructive criticism or outright bashing. I have never had to block or ban anyone from my gallery or pages, and I doubt that you will be the first. You may even instruct me on how to give a 'constructive' critique, if you like.
As I said, you have given me much to work with, but I'll try to reply to you as soon as I can. Sorry that you felt the need to raise your voice, and swear and curse, then block me from replying to your post, instead of raising your argument ....

The above is of course a reply to the comment that you sent me that you've since hidden, which was:

"Wow...and here you are, closing in on forty, trolling other users that
are at least 10 years younger than you. On DeviantART, no less. You
should feel proud of yourself. Verrrry professional of you. And your
user name, "Master of Pointillism" - how pompous can you get?? Are you
trying to compare yourself to someone truly great like Seurat?? If you
think your work is so great and wonderful, why not join ConceptArt
<[link] I'm on there, because I want to better
myself as an artist. Your artwork certainly needs some critiquing...

Also, answer this: Does it really make you sleep better at night when
you believe that you make others feel like crap about their artwork? Do
you get off on spreading ill word about other users, unprovoked? Judging
by what I've witnessed, you must certainly enjoy it. And as an
individual who graduated from art school, I KNOW the difference between
constructive criticism and outright bashing, and you definitely did not
provide the former.

My "Seacorn" piece may not be as decent as yours, but is it so wrong for
me (and others) to dabble in it every now and then? You can't expect
everyone who works in said style to give an elitist tool like you a run
for your money. I do whatever makes me happy, and if you don't like it,
then don't fucking look at it.

Oh, and if you want to go and "BAAAWWW" on your little blog(s) to your
friends/fans about me, be my guest. "

Oops, sorry you didn't block me, just hid your reply to the above posting. Why did you feel the need to do that, it's not very out in the open? Is it because you used foul language?
